Being in an intense career such as in the medical field or sometimes just dealing with life in general, is super hard. It is normal to feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed or depressed, but it is also normal to get help to manage these feelings, so they don't overwhelm you. Sometimes you don't even realize how stressed and anxious you are until you're burnt out. If you're looking to find someone to talk to, here are some resources. You are not alone in feeling this way and seeing a therapist or asking for help does not make you any less or make anyone feel differently about you, you are not alone and there are resources to help.
